Take the intake off your plate.
Citizenly is the AI intake processor and client-facing assistant for U.S. immigration work. It runs the questionnaire in your client's language and answers their questions — so your team spends time on what actually needs a human.

Automated intake
The applicant answers the questionnaire on their phone, in their language. Every question is explained in plain words. You get a clean, structured intake when they're done.

Your clients ask questions any time — “What documents do I need?”, “What if I miss my interview?” — and get answers grounded in current law and their own case.
See sample questions →11 languages, plain words
Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, French, Russian, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, English. Every USCIS term translated, not just every label.

Citizenly is the part of the workflow that runs while no one is in the office. It doesn't replace your team — it gets them a head start on every case.
Send a link
Email or text your client a private intake link. No app to download, no account to remember.
They answer in their language
Citizenly walks them through the questionnaire and explains every question in plain words. They can pause and pick up later.
They ask, we answer
Anywhere along the way — and after — the client can ask questions about their case. Answers are grounded in current law and cite their source.
You get a clean intake
You get a structured intake summary in your dashboard, with anything ambiguous flagged for your review. Your team takes it from there.
What Citizenly is, and isn't.
Citizenly is the intake processor and the client-facing assistant. We are not a case-management system, we don't file forms with USCIS, and we don't give legal advice. Your team — and your software — still does that.
Plain-language intake
Every question explained in plain words. The client never has to look up a USCIS term.
11 languages
Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, French, Russian, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, English. RTL aware.
Client-facing assistant
Clients ask questions about their case any time. Every answer cites its source so nothing is invented.
Grounded in current law
Answers come from USCIS Policy Manual, 8 CFR, and the INA — not the open internet.
Works on any phone
No app to install. The client opens a link, picks their language, and starts. Autosaves between sessions.
Structured handoff
You receive a clean intake summary with flags on anything that needs a human. Export to your case system or to PDF.
Questions.
What is Citizenly, exactly?
Two things. (1) An automated intake processor: your client answers the questionnaire on their phone, in their own language, with every question explained in plain words. (2) A client-facing AI assistant that answers their questions about their case, with answers grounded in current law and cited to their source.
Is Citizenly a case-management system?
No. Citizenly is the intake and the client-facing assistant. We hand the structured intake summary to whatever your team uses — Clio, LawLogix, MyCase, a spreadsheet — and stay out of the way after that.
Do you file forms with USCIS?
No. We don't fill or file USCIS paperwork on anyone's behalf. A licensed caseworker or attorney still finalizes and submits every form. We give that person a clean head start.
Is this legal advice?
No. Citizenly provides general legal information. For advice about a specific situation, your client should talk to a licensed immigration attorney.
What can the client-facing assistant answer?
Procedural and informational questions: “What documents do I need?”, “What happens at the biometrics appointment?”, “What if I miss my interview?” It refuses to give legal advice and routes those questions back to your team.
How is client data protected?
SOC 2 controls in progress. HIPAA-aware data handling. PII never appears in URLs, browser titles, or analytics events. Every cross-tenant action is audit-logged.
Which languages do you support?
Eleven: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, French, Russian, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Korean, Chinese, and Arabic (RTL). Five are fully production-ready today; the rest are in active translation.
How does pricing work?
